fashion design portfolio of stefan daniel bell of metacouture™ | spring 2008
i drew
this portfolio or set of collections in three weeks after returning from brooklyn, ny working as the fashion director for jodi jones studio. at the time i was planning to head back out to the east- health problems in the family prevented it.
my goal was to create Japanese Victorian street clothes that were formal, contemorary, and everyday. at the time in 2007, external seams ere just cathing on in urban areas, and the contrast of rough external seams in formal wear hadn't been seen yet. i had been doing variations on royal chic™, as i call it, in my couture lines for four years... jodi jones, internationally published and celebrated runway and fashion photographer, joins the metacouture salon. jodi and stefan began their extensive library of published fashion together in a cold studio in nyc in 2004. stefan worked as the fashion director for jodi's studio in brooklyn in 2006-2007. aside from thousands of hours on-set together they both share a vision for modern fashion that includes women looking as strong, powerful, and brilliant as they are beautiful. with more than thirty years collective experience in fashion,you can expect a quite relieved sigh everytime jodi and stefan are in the studio.

aaron a brooks, renowned drummer, artist, and writier joins the metacouture salon
aaron and stefan have been working together since 2006. projects in development include music classes for community building, cinema projects, and arts and culture presentations. their careers in art total over 60 years in creation, performance, and art for the enrichment of culture through personal expression~ you can expect to hear, see, dance, and scream at the music and art released by aaron and stefan soon.
